Bianca Dené Williams

I obtained my 200 RYT Certification at Barefoot Yoga Studio in Tucson, Arizona (2015). My Yoga education specializes in Physiology and Anatomy with experience and education in a variety of styles. I am also certified in CPR/AED and First Aid from EMS University. 
 
My practice of yoga initially began when I was rehabilitating a gymnastics injury. As the years went on, I  found myself returning to my practice time and time again, no matter where I was in the world. In 2015, while attending a yoga class in Tainan, Taiwan, I found my calling to transition my yoga practice from student to teacher and haven't looked back since. 
 
I have 10+ years of personal yoga practice and self-study. I have taken my yoga journey through 20+ countries, studied yoga in at least three languages and have learned to transfer the benefits of yoga across all factors of my life.
 
Combining my love of teaching (EFL and FFL: 6+ years) with my passion for and experience in Yoga, I work with students to find what his/her body needs and what suits his/her lifestyle – taking the numerous benefits of yoga from the mat to the street.
I offer classes for beginning, intermediate and advanced students. 

I have experience and education in a variety of styles. I offer the following
styles of classes:
  • Gentle 
  • Hatha
  • Power
  • Restorative
  • Vinyasa
  • Yin
 
Depending on client goals, classes may include: 
  • Meditation (Nidra)
  • Breath work (Pranayama)
  • Poses (Asanas)
 
Mats, blocks, straps and blosters may be available for a limited number of students.
